I am Walter Almeida, 13 years experience in software development, consulting, team and project management. 

I had the chance and opportunities to work for numerous clients in different industries, across 4 different countries and cultures and for companies ranging from small and medium businesses to multinational groups. This experience sharpened my vision of the business world and is the key of my deep understanding of my clients’ needs. 

I founded UNIC International, a consulting company specialized on Microsoft Technologies, and more recently FENOMEN.

Our ultimate goal is to get to a never reached level of industrialization of the software development processes, and allow for a full modeling of functional needs and generation of complete, connected software solutions. 

FENOMEN products will be leading tools to seamlessly connect business analysts and development teams and very efficiently build user-driven, evolutive and business oriented software solutions. 

Our path to our “saint grail” will go through several offerings, and products that will target specific platforms and families of applications. We will then move toward generic product and services to cover a wide range of business needs and types of applications.
